| I thought that i would update, because i am bored out of my mind! My summer has been pretty laid back, hanging out with friends and just relaxing before i go to college next fall!! I am soo excited to go to college and also kindof nervous, because i havent got my roommate's name yet or anything. So i am STILL waiting on that to come! OHH I just took this personality thing it was really wierd because it is what i am actually like! Here check it out yourself it it pretty awesome! | Wow it has been awhile since i updated. So i thought that i would update, ok well this week and weekend was a time for me to go to God and that was it with a problem that i had. I had an awesome weekend it was alot of fun, hanging out with my friends and all. But anyways...
Friday i went down to USD and took these really cool pictures if ya want to see them tell me and ill show them to ya. I am proud of them, even though it is just toys and a ten dollar bill and my keys lol. But it is still cool, but anyways the guy that was down there sounded like he was stoned lol, but idk for sure. So after we took pictures for about 2 hrs, we went and ate at Pizza Hut. Ohh and kacie remember that waitress that was really mean to us, her karma came back to her that day. I felt bad though, she dumped our drinks all over the floor and spilled one pretty much right by me. I was pretty scared that i was going to be soaked with pop. But anyways we went back to the photo place and took some more pictures. Then we went into a gallery with students from high schools stuff in it. And it was just amazing how good some people are with art. And they are just in High School, it was just amazing to see!
Sat. I did pretty much nothing until after work, Kristin J. came over and we watched tv and some movies but i dont remember what they were lol..
Sunday was the best day, the sermon was awesome. I felt kindof lost though because i haven't been there in awhile and they are doing a study. So i felt lost, but then the sermon was just amazing it was talking about how this man and woman hid some of God's money and kept it for themselves and Peter came to the house and said because of what you have done you will die and they both die right on the spot. It just goes to show that you can't hide anything from God because he knows everything about you. The hairs on your head and everything! But after SS and the meeting for Belize, which i am soo pumped for because we get to go SNORKELING on a REEF!!! I am soo pumped for that. But anyways, after those things Kacie Josh Jake Holley and I went up to sufu. We first went to the mall and hung out there for about an hour. Then we went and ate at Arby's YUMM I love that place!But after that we went to the best concert EVER!! It was REMEDY DRIVE, and it was just awesome, they did some of their new songs I can't wait until their new cd comes out! April 11! So pumped the best song that i think of their new ones would probally have to be King of Faliures!!! It was just amazing! But after that we went to Wal-Mart which is a given! But we bought some cream soda and cherrylimade. Then we went to Kacie and watched Guess Who! It was a good movie, and we drank cream soda and our cherrylimeade. Then I went home, and on the way home Josh really spoke to my heart dude! He just made me feel like what i had to do had to be done right there! So tonite is the night it will all be over hopefully, and that was that night.
Monday and Tuesday hung out at home because we had a snowday on tuesday! Matt and Mallory came over and we chilled and watched Into the Blue! GREAT MOVIE! you have to see it. So this is pretty much the longest post that i have had and i hope that you enjoyed it! | | |
| This is the most amazing story that i have heard , but i haveother ones too. if you want to hear the other ones comment that you want to.
On a Saturday night several weeks ago, this pastor
was working late, and decided to call his wife before he left for
home.
It was about 10:00 PM, but his wife didn't answer the phone.
The pastor let the phone ring many times. He thought it was odd that
she didn't answer, but decided to wrap up a few things and try again
in
a few minutes. When he tried again she answered right away. He asked
her
why she hadn't answered before, and she said that it hadn't rung at
their house. They brushed it off as a fluke and went on their merry
ways.
The following Monday, the pastor received a call at the church
office,
which was the phone that he'd used that Saturday night. The man that
he
spoke with wanted to know why he'd called on Saturday night.
The pastor couldn't figure out what the man was talking about. Then
the
man said, "It rang and rang, but I didn't answer." The pastor
remembered
the mishap and apologized for disturbing him, explaining that he'd
intended to call his wife.
The man said, "That's, OK. Let me tell you my story.
You see, I was planning to commit suicide on Saturday night, but
before
I did, I prayed, 'God if you're there, and you don't want me to do
this,
give me a sign now.' At that point my phone started to ring. I looked
at
the caller ID, and it said, 'Almighty God'. I was afraid to answer!"
The reason why it showed on the man's caller ID that the call came
from
"Almighty God" is because the church that the pastor attends is called
Almighty God Tabernacle!!

| Ok well I have to say that this Weekend ROCKED!!!!!!!!!! Dare 2 Share was so amazing it hit my heart soo hard. I don't think i have ever been that emotionally empacted at a youth convention. I liked how our speaker told us the sermons in a way that we could understand it. He used movies and other things like skits, and other props to tell us the sermons. He was a very awesome guy all around! His name was Greg and he told us a pretty funny story about when he went to a Pastor's convention. And he was having problems with having kids and he found out it was his fault. And there was a guy named Bob there that was a very loud pastor preacher person (i can't remember what it was called). But anyways and he got into a group with him and he wasn't very excited because it was a very loud group and everyone else was praying quietly. But anyways Bob went around the group and asked for prayer requests and it got to Greg and he told Bob about him not being able to have kids. Thinking that he would just pray about this in his little group, but Bob gathered around every guy that was present in that convention. And he yelled out Lord please let this man's sperm. I am not goin to get into what he said after that. If you want to hear the rest of the story come and talk to me ill tell ya the whole story!
Anyways Dare 2 Share had so many things happen that it would be a novel to write about. So i just told ya one story, the other cool story was about a kid named Jim. That was the best story and he was 18! And the other thing is that we went around and told people about God and used this to help us with it And it was called the GOSPEL Journey!
G-od created us to be with him.
O-ur sin separated us from God.
S-ins cannot be removed by good deeds.
P-aying the price for sin, Jesus died and rose again.
E-veryone who trusts in him alone has eternal life.
L-ife that's eternal means we will be with Jesus forever in heaven.
The other thing that happened was the Movie The Dare 2 Share bottle wow...that will never be forgotten! Pretty much the whole movie won't be forgotten! WOW good memories!

| Thought i would update but i don't have anything really to say except for HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATE YESTERDAY!!!! And I am really pumped for this weekend and as you can see i have a countdown for graduation up. So Kacie Josh and I can pray for it to come faster lol jk! But anyways today kindof sucks because i am sick and i dont want to be sick for this weekend because that would not be fun! So that is all i have to say so ill leave ya with our GOOD OLD SENIOR CLASS PIC!
